We visited Kamakura in Kanagawa prefecture twice in spring. Kamakura is famous for a lot of temples as same as Kyoto, but we can have the defferent feeling - quiet and frugal atmosphere as Samurai opened their first Shogunate government there. Also, we got pretty interested in the landform. It doesn't only have great mountains of Kita-Kamakura, but also has wonderful sea at Shonan. You must be relaxed there by train  in one hour from Tokyo. The photos above are Tsurugaoka-hachimangu, Meigetsu-in temple, and Shichirigahama.
